This page highlights a sample of the work I have done across media, tech, education, and consulting. These are real projects where I stepped in to lead, fix, launch, and grow. Some were quick wins. Others were long-term system overhauls. All of them delivered impact.


Digital Transformation & Product Ops

Twitter – Fixing the Content Ecosystem

Twitter’s marketing org owned more than 60 websites spread across multiple global teams, none of which had consistent SEO or analytics oversight. I was brought in to audit the content ecosystem but quickly became the person fixing what no one else wanted to touch. I led SEO improvements, product-managed multiple website projects, built dashboards to track performance, and helped align over 18 teams with over 40 global stakeholders. I worked directly with the VP of Brand Marketing and the CMO to streamline the process and drive measurable growth.

First World Media – OTT Platform Launch

At First World Media, I led the launch of REIGN, a direct-to-consumer streaming platform, across eight devices. That included web, Roku, iOS, Android, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Chromecast, and Android TV. I managed product development, operations, partner negotiations, and platform selection while also building the company’s marketing and growth strategy. We launched the service in just eight months and onboarded thousands of new subscribers in the first quarter.

Media & Content Growth

Moguldom Media Group – Scaling Black Media

At Moguldom, I ran product and analytics across Bossip, MadameNoire, and HipHopWired. These brands became category leaders in Black digital media, reaching over 22 million monthly users. I led SEO, audience growth, content monetization, and user engagement strategies. I also built Moguldom Studios, our in-house production department, where we produced multicultural branded content campaigns for clients like Chrysler, General Mills, and Tide. These programs brought multicultural storytelling into mainstream advertising at a time when few companies were doing it.

VerySmartBrothas – Community-Driven Growth

I co-founded VerySmartBrothas.com, which became a cornerstone of Black digital commentary. I led early growth strategy, content planning, and community development. We built a loyal, engaged audience and won multiple Black Weblog Awards. Years later, VSB was acquired by Univision. The platform became a case study in how to grow an authentic voice into a scalable media brand.

Monetization & Revenue Growth

Daily Mail / Elite Daily – Revenue Turnaround and Paid Media Strategy

At Elite Daily, I managed a $3 million annual paid social media budget and drove over 15 million monthly visitors through paid social campaigns. I built predictive models that aligned paid media with traffic and revenue goals, improving efficiency by 85 percent.

When I transitioned to Daily Mail, the largest English-language website on the planet, I was tasked with identifying new revenue streams for the mobile apps. Within 90 days, I doubled mobile revenue by fixing ad yield gaps and optimizing app monetization strategy. These were not small tweaks. They were system-level changes that impacted both product and revenue operations.


Paid Media & Growth Marketing

Growth is not just about organic reach. I have led paid social and paid search campaigns at scale, connecting performance marketing with product strategy and content operations.

At Elite Daily, I ran large-scale Facebook ad campaigns. At Daily Mail, I tightened traffic acquisition models that stabilized and increased revenue. For my clients, I’ve managed Google Ads campaigns as part of a broader growth consulting engagement. I’ve improved campaign structure, refined targeting, and optimized spend to make performance marketing more efficient and aligned with business goals.

I also advise consulting clients on how to balance paid and organic growth so that marketing, product, and content teams are working toward the same outcomes.


Consulting & Advisory Work

Kaplan – Qualitative Research, UX Research & Product Insights

I was brought in to lead UX research and analysis for new digital learning products. I conducted user interviews, synthesized findings, and delivered insights that shaped feature planning and product design. I also supported strategic research on a regional initiative, identifying key gaps and opportunities through qualitative research interviews to help guide investment and program direction.

Syracuse University – Content Platform Build

The S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University engaged me to build a digital platform to showcase academic research. I developed the content strategy, led the site build, and advised on long-term management. This project turned a siloed archive into a public-facing resource for scholars, students, and media outlets.

Additional Consulting Projects

I have worked with multiple startups, nonprofits, and media companies on growth, product development, analytics, and content strategy.
