I have spoken at conferences, led workshops, judged startup pitch events, and trained executive teams. Some highlights include:

At SXSW, I spoke on a panel about the future of the Black blogosphere and later organized a panel on Black Twitter that explored digital culture, social media responsibility, and the power of online communities. At MIT, I led a social media workshop for alumni chapter leaders and spoke to the Black Women’s Alliance about navigating life as a “unicorn” in the professional world.

At Wharton, I joined a panel about how Black entertainers use digital media to connect with audiences, and how brands have adapted their marketing strategies to better reach targeted segments within the Black community. For The Recording Academy, I contributed digital coverage of the GRAMMYs and helped them modernize how they engaged with online communities during live events.

I have trained the Eventbrite HR team on how to hire SEO and growth marketing talent. I have led hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads workshops for small businesses and marketing teams. At WordCamp, I presented on how WordPress can power media and community-building efforts. I have also judged startup pitch challenges focused on media and tech innovation.
